Build a Team Schedule¶
An event must include your team before you can schedule it. Open the team, choose Schedule, and select an upcoming event.
Understand the schedule¶
The schedule groups assignments by position and shows accepted, requested, directly assigned, declined, cancelled, and unfilled needs.
Add an assignment¶
- Select the appropriate position or empty schedule slot.
- Choose an eligible team member.
- Decide whether to send a request or Assign directly.
- Review any availability or overlap warning.
- Confirm the assignment.
Use a request when the volunteer should confirm availability. Use a direct assignment only when confirmation has already been handled or is not required.
Review before finishing¶
- Confirm that every required position is filled.
- Look for pending requests that still need a response.
- Resolve declined or cancelled assignments.
- Verify that the event date, time, and publication status are correct.
Draft events can be prepared before publication, but members should rely on published information for final schedules.
