Invitations

Open Admin → Invites to create invitations and review pending, accepted, expired, and revoked records.

Send an invitation

  1. Select Create invite.
  2. Enter the person's first name, last name, and email address.
  3. Choose the system role.
  4. Add initial team assignments when appropriate.
  5. Send the invitation.

Verify the email address and role before sending. Admin invitations use the password and MFA setup path; member and event-manager invitations use passwordless access.

Resend or renew

Resend an invitation when the recipient cannot find the message or the prior access link expired. The newest access link replaces older links.

Revoke an invitation

Revoke an invitation that was sent in error or should no longer grant access. Revocation prevents the outstanding invitation from being accepted.

Invitation actions are recorded in the audit log. Closed invitation records are retained according to the configured retention setting.
