Accept an Invitation

An administrator sends invitations to the email address associated with your account.

Before you begin

• Open the most recent invitation email from One Hope Serve.
• Make sure you are using the same email address that was invited.
• Invitation links expire. If a link is no longer valid, ask an administrator to resend it.

Accept your invitation

1. Open the invitation email.
2. Follow the access link in the message.
3. Complete the prompts shown by One Hope Serve.
4. Confirm that you reach your dashboard.

Members and event managers normally use an emailed sign-in code for future access. Administrators set a password and enroll an authenticator app.

Do not forward invitations

Invitation links are intended for the named recipient. Ask an administrator to invite another person separately.
