Assignment statuses

Meaning |
| Requested |
The volunteer has been asked to respond. |
| Accepted |
The volunteer confirmed the assignment. |
| Assigned |
A leader assigned the volunteer directly. |
| Declined |
The volunteer declined the request. |
| Cancelled |
The assignment is no longer active. |
The interface may describe a directly assigned assignment in plain language while retaining its scheduling status internally.
Event statuses

| Draft |
The event is being prepared and is not final. |
| Published |
The event and its schedules are active. |
| Cancelled |
The event will not occur. |
| Past |
The event has ended. |
Event-template statuses
| Status |
Meaning |
| Draft |
The template is still being configured. |
| Active |
The template can generate or synchronize future events. |
| Inactive |
The template is retained but not currently used. |
Notification-delivery statuses
Administrators may see queued, processing, retrying, accepted, delivered, failed, or suppressed delivery states. See Notifications and Audit.
