Settings Reference¶
Open Admin → Settings to manage system-wide behavior. Save one setting at a time and confirm the success message.
General and email settings¶
| Setting | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Timezone | Controls event generation, reminder timing, and date display. |
| Reply-to sender | Address used when replies to scheduling messages are expected. |
| Invite sender | Address used for invitations and access messages. |
Use approved addresses on the configured One Hope Serve sending domain. Changing the displayed address does not by itself configure an external email provider.
Reminder settings¶
| Setting | Available behavior |
|---|---|
| Serving reminders | Off or 24 hours before a published event. |
| Request follow-up | Off, 48 hours after request, or 72 hours after request. |
Changing these settings affects future reminder planning. It does not guarantee delivery through a channel a user has disabled.
Retention settings¶
| Setting | Choices |
|---|---|
| Event history retention | 30, 60, or 90 days. |
| Audit log retention | 30, 60, or 90 days. |
| Notification retention | 7, 15, 30, or 60 days. |
| Invite retention | 7, 15, 30, or 60 days. |
| Cleanup history retention | 30, 60, or 90 days. |
| Entity deletion grace period | 3, 7, 15, or 30 days. |
Retention controls when eligible records are permanently removed by the system. Select the shortest period that still meets operational needs.
Deletion grace period
The entity deletion grace period is reserved for the future user and team deletion workflow. Deactivation and archiving remain the current user-facing lifecycle controls.
