Notifications and Audit

Notification delivery

Open Admin → Notifications to review email, text, and app delivery activity. Filter by status to focus on queued, processing, retrying, accepted, delivered, failed, or suppressed deliveries.

  • Queued/Processing — delivery work is underway.
  • Retrying — a temporary failure will be attempted again.
  • Accepted/Delivered — the provider accepted or confirmed the message.
  • Failed — delivery could not be completed.
  • Suppressed — preferences, consent, or another rule prevented delivery.

Use delivery details to identify patterns. Do not copy private contact or schedule data into public issue reports.

Audit log

Open Admin → Audit Log to review successful sign-ins, access changes, invitations, team management, schedule changes, event management, settings, and branding actions.

Use the log to answer who changed something and when. Audit retention is configurable up to the choices shown in settings.

The audit log is not a substitute for resolving access concerns promptly. Revoke sessions or deactivate an account when immediate access control is needed.
